Please have an extension cord, a projector (VGA with speakers) and screen set up in the appropriate location thirty minutes prior to the presentation. Larger groups will require a microphone and a line to the sound system for the computer. We come with our own laptop and materials.

Special Requests:
Schools and groups who have specific requests to cover material different from the above descriptions will be charged a re-development fee of $100/presentation.

Schools and groups who specifically request our Executive Director, Merlyn Horton, to present at their school or PAC will be charged an premium of $200. (This applies to presentations within the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas only).

SOLOS requests that agencies provide more than two weeks cancellation notice.
If less than two weeks notice is given the Agency will be charged $100.00 fee to
